Cannot fix error

I live in California. My federal returns has been accepted. I get an error message on my state return that has not been accepted. In order to fix the error, Turbo Tax says that says I must select my Federal return however there is not an option to select my Federal return in order to proceed with e-filing my state return. I appreciate any assistance.

I just installed an update and was able to file my state taxes!

@khubbard2020 They just updated the software today. It appears the issue is now resolved as I was able to file my NYS return!
