topic Local taxes paid during 2020 in State tax filing

Local taxes paid during 2020

Last year in TurboTax there was a section in the State filing for 'Prior Year Taxes Paid'. I can't seen to find that in this years TurboTax? This was the section where I put the local taxes I paid to my City for the Pervious year. What Am I missing here? Can someone direct me to that section in the TurboTax State filing part. I am running TurboTax Deluxe with State.

To enter, change or delete Local taxes paid -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
On Other Income Taxes, click on the start or update button

On the next screen select the options under Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020

So when I put it in the Federal Section, does this also cover the State Section or would I have to enter it in there as well?

The taxes paid flows from the federal section to the state tax return.
