I receive a message saying Rail Road Retirement form being revised and will not allow me to file my GA state return. GA Schedule 1 Line 8 shows my Taxable SS amount. I did not claim any Railroad benefits. Also, was able to e-file my Federal return earlier and now getting notice I can't file State Return without a Federal Return being filed.

Yes, the GA social security section is being reworked right now. The state return has to be filed with the federal or after it is accepted. Once your federal is accepted, you will be able to file the state. You may need to update your program.
