Then reboot and log back in or try another browser.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;For our TurboTax Desktop version it is typically caused by using&amp;nbsp; non-alpha numeric characters in the name or address.&amp;nbsp; The continue button will activate&amp;nbsp;if you remove the &amp;nbsp;#, or periods or other non-alpha characters&amp;nbsp;in the names or addresses.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried it. It did not work.&amp;nbsp; Must file the state by hand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looking for another tax program for next year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
