      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you filed a Schedule C on your 1040, it will carry over to the state return. Being an LLC does not change the behavior of Schedule C.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's correct. An LLC is a disregarded entity for the IRS. Unless you choose another form of taxation, such as a corporation, you don't need to do anything else.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
