Submit State Tax after Federal

I e-filed my federal return with TurboTax. It was accepted and my refund deposited into my bank account.

Now I am trying to e-file my state return. I go through all the steps an get the following message, "To e-file, you must also select the federal return. Click back to select federal and any other returns you'd like to file."

The problem is I've already e-filed my federal return and it's been marked accepted. Regardless of what I do, I keep getting stuck on the same screen with no obvious way to proceed. How do I get around this and e-file my Pennsylvania taxes on TurboTax

It's scheduled to be fixed on March 19.

I had same problem with Ohio eFile!
