If you are located in a non-taxable district, Form SD-100 does not have to be filed and should be deleted from your tax return.

Before you delete the form, please enter your address in The Ohio School District Tax Finder and make sure your school district is listed at a 0% tax rate.

If it is listed at a 0% tax rate, please remove the SD-100.

To remove a school district tax return, please follow these steps:

Open your tax return.
Click on Tools.
Click on Delete a Form.
Scroll down to your state forms and look for SD-100 and click Delete.
