      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot efile Virgina. Constant loop stating "We need to make one more check" , press "continue" and I am brought to "transmit your returns"; select "transmit returns now" and I am brought back to&amp;nbsp;"We need to make one more check."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VERY FRUSTRATING!! Problem now going on for over a week with no end in sight. Called customer support no help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the exact same issue in 2021 and I've tried that suggested TTCleanState and it does not resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The specific problem is NOT one where TT is trying to update the state - the message as the OP described is "We Need to Make One More Check"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to efile a completed VA return - the loop repeats without any way to force override or continue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
