Where are you seeing that they need more information not process? If it is on the State's website, I would wait for mail from them or call the State's Department of Revenue directly.

Are you sure it doesn't say it just needs more TIME to process?

If it indeed needs more INFO, it might be as simple as the state contacting your employer to verify your state wages (especially if that employer failed to submit them to the state). So they might not be getting in touch with you at all.
