8915-E state filing exclusion

any insight when we can finalize our state taxes if we filed an 8915-E form? Turbo Tax released the 8915-E form on Friday Feb 26, it lets you input everything and review for federal but doesn’t let you finalize State portion. I’ve seen numerous threads but would like an update from turbo tax and/or any other users that have been successful in filing their state taxes after e-filing 8915-E.

I am from NYS and am having the same issue. I sent screen shots and spoke to customer assistance and was told the engineers are aware and are working on the issue. Apparently this is not happening across the board for each state so they did not give me a specific time line beside waiting a few more days...
