      <description>&lt;P&gt;maybe not so simple, do as suggested but there could be an issue if your employer reported as MD wages.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;then it may take a corrected W-2 to get the money from MD.&amp;nbsp; and don't forget to file in VA if you haven't done so.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
