I was paid $500, but I am not sure what to put into the "PA Withholding" amount under my state taxes, what do I put here?

I claimed the $500 as miscellaneous on my federal, and I put $500 for the PA amount, but I am not sure what the PA withholding means.
I was not given a 1099-MISC as it was under $600.

You'll put $0. PA withholdings means how much in taxes were taken out of that pay and sent to PA. That should have been $0.
