New York State Return Rejected

State return was rejected. Message says It's because I may be due extra funds for items that were updated in their software. I went through deductions and didn't have to change anything.

When I click transmit returns now I get a pop up saying tax program update required, there is an update available for your tax program.

My turbotax is up to date and no other updates are available to download.

What do I do?

If you have TurboTax Online you can clear your cache and delete cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.
