topic State tax refunded in State tax filing

My federal and state have been accepted. I owe my state and I paid this prior to my return with my personal account. My return is showing that it is taking what I owe from my state out of my return. This was opted out. Do I need to give it more time to update? I do not want to pay my state twice.

I believe what you mean is that you filed your state tax return and paid the tax due, and you have a refund on your federal tax return. Your state return is separate from your federal tax return, so your federal refund will not be affected by your state tax due or tax paid.
