I e-filed my state return thru turbotax and it was rejected. how do I go about re e-filing it?

when it checked my state return - it asked for my employer zip code - but I'm retired, why does it need that. Now it's asking for Schedule X - what is that?

I just got an email that my CA rejected....what does it need. I did have insurance I am attaching the 1095B which it will not let me do. What needs to be fixed.

Method listed in FAQ did not work. Message the IRS amended return form is not ready yet. Will not let me progress to rejected state return to refile.

Regular e-file screen will not move past without checking Federal to be e-filed. But previous screen show Federal as already filed and accepted.
