Oregon State Efile reject

My state was rejected and says I need to update my software. I purchased it from Costco 2 weeks ago and loaded it. Every time I open it, it says its up to date. How do I update the software since it isn't online. Thanks

You are not online with the software? You have to get the updates online. Confusing---how did you try to e-file from a computer that is not online?

How do I get the updates online? Everytime I open turbo tax it says I am up to date. But yet it didn't work. Please advise

Have you gone up to the little "TurboTax" on the top left and clicked to check for updates?

Yes I have and it says the program is up to date. But my state wont get accepted because it says it needs to be updated. What should I do at this point?
