1040x Tax Amendment - Taxes paid with original return

I'm amending my 2019 tax return, and facing a question on my state return. Numbers below are illustrative.

Line 29 "Total amount paid with original return and additional tax paid after return filed" is showing $1200, but what I've actually paid is $200, and whatever adjustments I make manually, it gets overwritten to this number whenever I generate the amended tax return report.

Does anybody know how this $1200 number is being calculated/derived from, and should I simply rely on the calculation that TurboTax is giving me? Is it taking into consideration State Tax that I'm paying in 2020?

You will need to download the amendment program so you can make the adjustment in the FORMS mode ...

Thank you for your note! And actually was able to connect with customer service and after cleaning my browser cache as suggested from them, the numbers stayed per my adjustments.
