To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

I have not received my state taxes either. I filed on April 15th and I’m still waiting.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
