    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with e-filing my state return. I paid for the state return and got email confirmation of my payment. When I hit continue, it says all my products have been restored and lists "TURBOTAX STATE RETURN XX TAX YEAR 2019 E-FILE". Then, it takes me to the next screen stating that "Your Payment Didn't Go Through". No matter how many times I "restore" my purchase, I am stuck in an endless loop of being unable to e-file my state return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using TurboTax Online?&amp;nbsp; Please try this and see if this clears the issue for you.&amp;nbsp; Please log completely out of TurboTax.&amp;nbsp; Then, in your browser, please clear your cache and delete your cookies.&amp;nbsp; After this, close completely out of the browser.&amp;nbsp; Re-open everything including logging back into TurboTax.&amp;nbsp; Also, you can try completing your return in a different browser as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the exact same issue. Using the desktop, NOT online software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few weeks ago, I opened the program back up and it worked after not getting the issue resolved through tech support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last night while e-filing another person's return, the same loop and today is 4/15.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This only affects the state return. I was able to transmit the federal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did clear my cache and cookies last night and today as well. Same error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Idk what happened when this occurred a few weeks ago, but it just resolved itself, meaning when I opened up turbo tax a few days later, I had no issues transmitting, and I did nothing different.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
