The report says the software is up to date but does not load. I have reloaded the program and it still does not load the Kansas Program. I have been a loyal Turbo Tax user for many years and if this continues I will not be next year

I called the help line and got in the que to have one of their people help. The call back came about 4 hours later and the lady stayed with me until the problem was resolved. She had to eliminate the old state program and down load to me a new Kansas Program. Once it got on my system, it worked well and I finished the State Taxes in about 15 minutes.

Glad you got it resolved and got your taxes filed; congrats! Replacing state programs can be very problematic sometimes, as you now know..;)
