I paid the $19.99 for the state efile and the confirmation number I got in my email does not work.

$19.99 was charged to my credit card.

Need help! Calling Intuit does not help as they don't connect me with a real person

I purchased premier software but does not allow me to file state. It system downloads the state form and requests confirmation number. I do not find where to pay them. the premier supposed to allow one state for free. where do I go?
