a) One option would be to delete it and start fresh

b) I am not sure if Turbotax allows you to change the state that you already entered...because each state has different tax forms/procedures and changing this may not be easy. This is just a wild guess. Better if someone who works at Turbotax can confirm it.

After you have completed your federal return, select State in the left black panel.

Be sure you select your state and go through the entire interview section.  If your state is not listed, select Add Another State. You can also select Delete on the state that is listed incorrectly.
