I have a pending charge of $48.14 on my credit card for state taxes but I did not file my state electronically. Who do I contact to get the charge removed from my card?

Are you using the Desktop program? That sounds like the 44.99 price to buy a state program (not to efile, Efiling is another 24.99).

I purchases the TT software from Sams Club and uploaded the program to a desktop. When I was having problems filing the state and it kept looping, my card was charged but I was never able to file the state electronically.

Yes call in to get a refund. Were you able to file state? Like print and mail it? There is a problem, see
