      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for the State E file on Jan 25th but got Error 42016 stating it could not connect to the undate site It said to try again I have tried many times with no success. The only place it takes me is to pay again. How do I get past this and get it done&lt;/P&gt;</description>
