question regarding state filing fee

Hi, I purchased a 'TurboTax Tax Software Deluxe + State 2019 [Amazon Exclusive] [Mac Download]" on amazon, I downloaded the turbotax program from the link amazon provided, and I also received a license number via amazon email. When i'm trying to e-filing the tax, it tells me that i have to pay @24.99 for state e-filing. The software i purchased should be included state tax fee. Please me help me with this. Thank you.

I have the same problem, but I am on a pc... TubroTax this year is very buggy, what a shame!!! I called the help line and was told the wait would be 15 to 30 minutes... that was two hours ago!!!!!😠

If I remember correctly, you have to pay the fee if you use TurboTax. If you go directly to the VA site and fill the form in and submit it directly to the state then it is free filing.

Right now I can't even get into the VA form on TT. Very annoying. I receive a message that it is installed but the form won't display!
