Hello. I'm still waiting on my federal refund check.. Since the out break of the virus. I'm now unemployed.. Received a email stated that turbo will take out $ for my e file. At this moment I'm broke. And still waiting for my federal refund. Can someone email me back with what should I do?

I am waiting on my Tax return since Feb25 2020 no refund yet so how are you going to take money out of my account not unless my taxes will be here I have no money in my account so please don't make my account negative I will send you your balance when I get some money . So I want to how you are going to go in my account with my permission. you need to call me first to make arrangement please
