      <description>&lt;P&gt;On the payment page, there is an entry after Federal and State E-file costs that says, "Your Total Refund which combines my Federal tax owed and my State tax refund into one amount.&amp;nbsp; Does this imply that Turbo Tax will pay my Fed tax owed from my State refund amount?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, that's what&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, that's what I thought from doing this for many, many years ... It was the first time I saw it depicted that way and wanted to make sure TurboTax hadn't started a new service of managing both returns' results.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
