my daughter is in the Navy in Japan Im doing her taxes and cant get on the states? what to I do?

What do you mean that you can't get on the states? You are asked what state she is a resident of in the personal information section of TurboTax. You should be prompted to complete a return for that state when you go to the state section in your program.

I have been using Turbo tax for many years and do know how to file. But with hers its not letting me. NOW WHAT!!!!
