      <description>&lt;P&gt;My state return (California) was rejected, though my federal was accepted.&amp;nbsp;The error code I was given was:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;F540/NR/2EZ-320 - Duplicate SSN: The Primary Taxpayer's social security number cannot match a previously accepted return unless the (AmendedReturn) checkbox is checked.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not filed previously for 2019, so it should not be a duplicate SSN. This is not an amended return, so I do not want to check that box; there is nothing I can modify. I tried resubmitting and got the same error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to paper file my state taxes. I went through TurboTax chat support in Facebook to try to get reimbursed for the $25 I had paid to e-file the state, but they told me that to confirm that I was due a refund I needed to email them a bunch of personal identifiers (including last 4 digits of SSN). I was not comfortable doing this, so I ended up contesting the charges in my credit card app and got reimbursed that way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
