    <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife lives and works in Virginia which has a state tax return and I live and work in Tennessee which has no tax return.&amp;nbsp; When I file joint for federal its no problem but when I try to file only her state tax return your software will not allow it separate filing from the federal.&amp;nbsp; as per your help documents i filled out a separate federal with just her info and the state of virginia.&amp;nbsp; I dont know how to continue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
