In June, we moved from Maryland to Florida. I have interest, dividends, and a Coast Guard reserve Retirement. Before we moved, I had $200 withheld from my retirement check for Maryland State Taxes. When I do my Maryland Taxes with TurboTax, it says I owe Maryland $478, but gives me the $200 credit for taxes withheld on the 1099 form. Since we moved in June, we were not in Maryland for half the year. I didn't think I needed to file any return to Maryland except that I want my $200 back. And being here in Florida full time now, we don't need to file in Florida.

You are correct regarding not needing to file a Florida tax return. As for Maryland, you need to file a part-year resident tax return. The income you received while living in Maryland (dividends, interest, retirement income) is all taxable by the state of Maryland. There is a page or pages in the Maryland part-year resident section of the TurboTax interview where you allocate your income that is/isn't taxable by Maryland.
