      <description>&lt;P&gt;The desktop software you have installed on your personal computer can be used to create, complete and file as many tax returns as needed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To start another tax return, save the current return, click on&lt;STRONG&gt; File&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the upper left of the desktop program screen.&amp;nbsp; Click on &lt;STRONG&gt;New Tax Return&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes, there will be an e-file charge of $24.99 to e-file a state return.&amp;nbsp; That can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are 5 free federal e-files included with the desktop editions.&amp;nbsp; After the 5 are used, any other tax returns can only be printed and mailed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
