CA 568 Schedule EO

My TT business software flagged the need for this schedule to be completed for CA, and it keeps the error open, but does not generate this schedule. I can easily download the form from the FTB and fill it out myself, but then I can't e-file. Is anyone else experiencing this error?

My LLC owns some percentage of shares in another LLC. I have faced the same problem.

1) Anybody has an idea how to make TurboTax to create Schedule EO 568 for California LLC return?

2) Another possibility is that since the other LLC sends me a K-1 form, there is no need to claim the share membership that LLC since we already fill the K-1 form. Perhaps that is the reason TurboTax Business for LLC does not create Schedule EO for me.

I appreciate if anybody knows an answer. Thanks
