If you are a US citizen or US resident then you enter your foreign earned income on a Form 2555, Not on a W-2.

To enter Foreign Earned Income -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)

Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)

Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)

Scroll down to Less Common Income

On Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion, click on the start or update button

Or enter foreign income in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to foreign income

.In the Foreign Taxes Paid section of TurboTax @marcehlers. It is in the Deductions and Credits section under the sub-group Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section. See image attached. You can also search for Foreign Tax Credit and use the Jump to Foreign Tax Credit link to be taken directly there.

The foreign tax credit can reduce the amount of U.S. income tax you owe on money you earned from a foreign source. To qualify, you must have paid, or owe, taxes on the income to the country where it was earned. All taxes you paid, or owe, to U.S. possessions (Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa) qualify for this credit as well.

You must file a separate Form 1116, Foreign Tax Credit, for each category of foreign income (passive income, lump-sum distributions, etc.). The TurboTax Interview will walk you through this.
