    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to file an income tax for my daughter who passed away in October.&amp;nbsp; Because I do not have access to her 2018 taxes, I cannot file her federal return by E file.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New York requires that the State forms be filed by E file, but since I filed the federal by mail, it will not let me e file the state&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New York allows a state tax return to be mailed if the software being used does not support e-filing.&amp;nbsp; You can print and mail the state tax return.&lt;/P&gt;
