MY RETURNS WERE REJECTED BECAUSE MY WIFE'S AGI DID NOT MATCH 2018

WE FILED JOINT IN 2018 AND THE ONLY IN COME SHE HAD WAS SS

If you filed a joint tax return in 2018 then the 2018 AGI is the same for the both of you.

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

Correction return was accepted but refund is suspended waiting for further information- I need to talk to a support person

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
