      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't believe I am here again. I still have not received my refund &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":persevering_face:"&gt;😣&lt;/span&gt; and now TurboTax just charge me $80.00 and now my account is in the negative. I can't win for losing but I do know that I will never use TurboTax again because in all I had to pay right at$200 to file my taxes that I still don't have as of today. And I could just paid a preparer&lt;/P&gt;</description>
