Turbo Tax is trying to charge me to file a state return but I purchased the Deluxe version with 1 state filing for free. What can I do?

The Deluxe desktop CD/Download edition includes one free state program Download in the purchase price.

It does not include free e-filing of a state tax return.

The current e-file charge of $24.99 for a state tax return can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
