I am wondering what to do if it has been 21 days and still have no received my refund.

IRS representatives can research the status of your return. The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040. It is tax season so expect a long phone wait.

If you are getting a earned income credit or a child tax credit they won't be released until February 27th.

If you claimed the earned income tax credit and/or the additional child tax credit the IRS did not start processing those returns until 2/15/2020 and will not be releasing any refunds until 2/27/2020.
