Turbotax won't let me download my FREE state tax

Same here. state screen wants me to purchase online but I have already purchase.

Keep's taking me back to start state now screen (it's in a loop,reinstall 5 times same issue)

turbo tax will not allow me to download my state of OHIO

Having the same problem with my MI tax form not downloading too. I end up in a constant loop. Ugh
