You can delete the form by doing the following:

Log into your account, click on Take Me to My Return if necessary, and then click on My Account on the top of the screen
Click on Tools and select Delete a Form
Scroll through the list of forms under the CA state return section. When you find Form 2106 , click Delete next to it
It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
The form will be deleted
