I agree.

I am trying to do my state taxes, paid for the second state.

Now the program is locked in a loop where I click "START", the program goes through a cycle where it says "Let's Download and Install Your States";

"Getting Your State";

"Your software is up to date"

THEN REPEATS THE CYCLE OVER AND OVER

I have exited then restarted the program. Even launched a second return.

I AM STUCK.

THIS IS BROKEN.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

I am having the same problem except I can't file either state. It just keeps putting me in a loop. So frustrated. I'm ready to file the Federal but can't seem to get the state filing process to launch.

I am still having the problem.

I've uninstalled TurboTax and reinstalled

I've manually deleted files.

Still stuck in the INFINITE LOOP.

Not happy.
