Are you referring to the NJ income tax exemption for veterans? If so, we unfortunately do not have access to your return in this forum, as it is open to the general public. However, you can receive live help if you click the Live Tax Advice button in the upper right-hand corner of your TurboTax Online Program.

If you ID yourself to turbotax as veteran, you get the exemption.

Did you file the copy of paper document showing veteran status, in this year or prior years?
If not, the veteran exemption will be denied.
