There is no record of it ever even being filed. When I filed I went through all of the proper steps and it said that it was filed but when I called the Franchise Tax Board this morning there is no record.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>when I talk to them they said that I need to send them a record or PDF of my 2018 return but when I look up the PDF it only seems to be showing my federal refund and doesn’t have any information about the state refund.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>How do I find this information?</P><P>where can I find my state refund PDF?</P><P>Who do I contact to get this information?</P><P>I only have the free edition so I am not able to contact TurboTax through a phone number... but I need to know what steps I should take to be able to get my 2018 state tax return.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>please help!
