topic 1120S CA State Underpayment $40 in State tax filing

1120S CA State Underpayment $40

I'm working through the state 1120S form and I get to a certain point and TurboTax notifies me they've calculated that I have an underpayment of $40, in additional to the annual fee of $800.
There's no explanation of why this is owed. Please help?

I have the same issue, Turbotax Business told me that I owe an underpayment penalty based on my input on 2020, S-Corp pass K1 to owner, why there is an underpayment penalty? Is it somewhere I input wrong?
