Are you trying to add a state to a Federal return you already prepared or trying to file the state by itself?

I should refile my state and feudal tax one at a time is this right

After you finish your review, you should be able to continue through the section to File your return.

TurboTax will ask you questions and confirm items along the way. You have the option to just file your federal return and come back to file your state return, or just submit both the federal and state returns for filing.

As you complete the information, answer questions, it will ask you if you want to file. Just proceed through the screens and follow the prompts if you have entered all of your information and are ready to file.
