I can't believe intuit shipped a broken product. I paid money for this and I have tried all of the fixes on the forums for this issue. It still doesn't work. After 15+ years of using this product there will not be another. The answer from the help line is file by paper or wait for us to get to it. Come on. Lat year I had a glitch to they were able to get around.

I tried to file The message said that I needed to update before I could submit my tax for after I had completed the screen for credit card and bank number. I am concerned that this information is hanging out there and there was no menu bar to update the Max Turbo Tax Deluxe
