I want to make a correction to our MA state filing. Can you please cancel the efiling?

Unfortunately, no. Once you hit transmit it is like dropping it in the mailbox.

You will have to see if the return is accepted or rejected.

If accepted, you will need to file an amended return.

If rejected you will be able to go back into the return to fix prior to resubmitting.

I have a similar issue - the system should have never let me e-file, as in schedule CMS I had a credit that requires a manual form and mailing (Schedule LP) for lead paint which is not available in turbotax.

I am thinking of just mailing the entire return anyway with the added form. I should also get a refund from turbotax honestly, as this should be flagged as not available for e-filing...

Can you help please?
