I am having the same issue as well. Hopefully turbotax gets this fixed! I saw the form is available the Delaware revenue website.

I have called in multiple times to support but I'm not getting anywhere. Clearly there is an issue here.

This form is not yet available in TurboTax. After a state releases a form, it still takes time for TurboTax get make its own electronic version of the form, get it approved by the state, and then code AND test the software to support the form.

This last work takes some time, especially at this time of year.

Please go back to the screen where TurboTax told you in the state review that Sch A PIT-RSA was not available to file (see screenshot). Click on "I want to sign up for email notifications".

This way, you will be emailed when the form is available.

I have the same issue here. I have used Turbotax for many years. This is the first time that such a thing happened.

The state and federal governments approve the most common forms first and work their way down the list. Please see the links for form availability. Once a date shows up, the reality should be close. Once released, Turbo Tax will work quickly to get it working properly in the program.

sorry that answer I’m not acceptable. How can turbo tax not have a basic itemized deductions form for the state of Delaware. It’s absurd.

The form is available now on the desktop version not sure about the online version. You have to update the program I was able to file mine last night.

Thank you for that confirmation. The Online program is normally updated first because we update it on our servers, unlike the CD/download software which has to be updated by the taxpayer.

Today I tried updating turbo tax again. Still no form. I uninstalled Turbotax and reinstalled. The form was there and my refund went up $200. Turbo tax was not updating.

I tried to uninstall/reinstall but still unable to file state taxes. Is the Sch A PIT-RSA form done or not, my software says "Not Done" and "DO NOT FILE" on the form and won't file state taxes. I have updates thru 2/19/2020 it says.
