topic California Tax Credits in State tax filing

Okay, so I am aware that I qualify for 2 credits: CA EITC & The Renters Credit (#46 on Form 540) and I see them on my documents but when it comes to the math, I'm missing the $120 from the Renters credit. I know EITC is taking a bit longer but I had no problem last year with the Renters credit. Can anyone please explain? Both my federal & State Returns have been received and approved so basically on their way to my account but this credit has me questioning.

P.S: This is my 2nd time doing taxes but my 1st on my own with Turbo Tax. Last year I didn't quality for the CA EITC, just the Renters.

In order to claim the renter's credit, you need to meet all of the requirements as listed in the attached link:

CA Renters Credit

But be aware, this is a Nonrefundable credit.

If you did not have a tax liability, you will not be able to get a refund for the renter's credit.
